Terms & Conditions

Description of SMS Use Cases

Fitness and More Inc. DBA HeadNodHQ Jiu Jitsu Granite City offers American jiu jitsu training in Granite City. Adult customers may separately choose non-marketing appointment reminders, and/or marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Both consent choices are optional and start unchecked. SMS consent is not required to submit the connected form, make a purchase, or receive services. Entering a phone number or submitting the form alone does not authorize SMS. Messages will be sent only for selected categories after the form is activated.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages.

You must own or be authorized to use the number you submit. This restriction governs SMS enrollment and does not describe the age requirements for training programs.

Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message frequency varies according to appointments, available promotions, and your selected categories. Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from this SMS program. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages from this program, apart from that one-time opt-out confirmation. STOP applies to both appointment reminders and promotional messages in this program.

If you want to join again, complete a new opt-in and select your desired categories. A previous consent or a new appointment alone does not override an opt-out. Reply STOP to the actual messaging sender; the support number below is not identified as the registered SMS sending number.

Customer Support Contact

Text HELP to the messaging sender for assistance, or contact emily@headnodhq.com or +1 314-643-8368. You can also visit headnodhq.com or contact the business at 2119 Pontoon Rd, Granite City, Illinois 62040, United States.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions; do not rely on a text message as your sole source of appointment information.

Privacy Policy

Read our Privacy Policy for information about contact details, consent records, data use, and mobile information sharing.

Changes to These Terms

Program terms may be updated when the messaging setup changes. The business must review this draft and configure the described HELP, STOP, consent and suppression behavior before activating the form.
